How We Work
Fenil has spent decades working with inspection-driven and safety-critical environments, including manufacturing, industrial automation, and energy. His background includes building monitoring and control systems, inspection and audit software, and automation tools used in regulated settings where consistency, documentation, and operational discipline are essential.
His work has consistently focused on automating routine inspection and monitoring tasks without disrupting operations or removing human judgment. This inspection-first, operator-support philosophy directly shapes how the humanoid system is designed and deployed. Fenil has also worked on applied AI, from publishing a graduate thesis on AI-based learning systems for manufacturing to speaking at community events on practical and agentic AI.

Thiago is an enterprise sales and customer engagement leader with over 15 years of experience working with large customers across telecommunications and enterprise technology. He has led national sales efforts, closed multi-million-dollar deals, and worked closely with enterprise clients on infrastructure, platform services, and complex deployments.
At RoboSkill, Thiago works directly with data center operators, mining facility teams, and industrial customers to understand inspection workflows, operational constraints, and ROI expectations. His focus is on structuring pilots and deployments that align with how facilities actually operate — safely, incrementally, and without disruption.
We do not sell autonomous decision-making or experimental systems.
We work within existing SOPs, safety rules, and audit frameworks. Our focus is on consistent inspections, clear evidence, and reducing the operational burden on technicians — not replacing them.
